At Pride Hospitality’s Annual
Award Ceremony, held in Las Vegas, NV, September 2010, the following awards
were received:
General Manager of the Year: Sue Waples, GM of the Holiday Inn Express in
Portland, IN. Sue stayed #1 in her
GeoGroup ranking with IHG for service for fifteen (15) months. She and her team were also ranked in the top
15% of all Holiday Inn Express hotels.

captured over an additional $400k in revenue over the last year

Most Growth in Service Scores: Clarence Smith,
GM of the Holiday Inn Express in Houston, TX.
Clarence and his team were able to move their service scores over
