2003 QUALITY EXCELLENCE
AWARD
ATLANTA (September
24, 2003) – Holiday Inn Express Brown Deer Hotel and Pride Hospitality, LLC
have won the InterContinental Hotels Group 2003 Quality Excellence Award,
given only to hotels achieving distinction in all aspects of their operations.
The Holiday
Inn Express Brown Deer Hotel is one of 249 properties selected from the company’s
more than 3,300 hotels in recognition of overall quality excellence.
The hotel
was honored during a special ceremony held at the annual InterContinental Hotels
Group
2003 Global
Investors & Leadership Conference in Atlanta, GA, September 22-24, 2003. Karen
Berthelson, General Manager and Jule Zipperer, Owner of the Holiday Inn Express
Brown Deer Hotel accepted the award.

Excellence Award is presented to hotels that demonstrate the highest standards
in product quality, hotel operation and customer satisfaction,” said Richard
