Pride Hospitality, LLC Announces Purchase of
AmericInn Hotel & Suites of Sheboygan, Wisconsin
Pride Hospitality, LLC, announces that it has purchased AmericInn Hotel & Suites Sheboygan, Wisconsin from MP Incorporated. The hotel will be owned by Brown Deer Pride, LLC and operated by Pride Hospitality, LLC.
“We are pleased to add this premium hotel to our family of hotels in the Sheboygan market. This is a great addition to our portfolio of great hotels, the AmericInn compliments our Holiday Inn Express and the Harbor Winds hotel in this market” stated Mark Zipperer, CEO of Pride Hospitality, LLC. Pride Hospitality currently owns and operates 31% of the guestrooms in the city of Sheboygan.
This award winning 60 room hotel has been a market leader in the Sheboygan area. It has sold as a private transaction through Pride Hospitality for an undisclosed price. The General Manager, Ms. Christina Kornetzke stated; “I’m excited about the new ownership/management and happy to be able to continue to successfully market this hotel.”
